Its an opinion, but in my view, Tomoyo is one of the best characters because:

1) Her sapphire eyes are amazing

her eyes are really pretty..

but her handling of herself in Tomoyo After is what makes me really like her. its a much better look at her character (obviously) and puts her even about Kyou in my book.
