This is the episode I have been waiting for.

The first time I had so much laughs than any other episodes.

The characters I wanted to see more than Kiyotaka and his harem girls.

It's not the director in this case (same episode director who did episode 6, Rikka's episode), it's the storyboard artist. It's by the one and only Nabeshin. So yeah, it's guaranteed to be a bit different.

Mikoto pulled a Shana in this ep, which amused the hell out of me, and man there was a lot of fast conversation in this ep. Based on the preview, I have a feeling that the Da Capo themes of old will start appearing again

Mikoto is the full on tsundere archetype for this season's cast. Other degrees of dere are primarily Himeno(minor tsun) and Sara(kuudere, until hitting fluster limit).

I think he meant orange hair girl and white hair girl that Mikoto and MC met in the funpark.

It isn't bad, comparatively, but along with Super Protagonist Power making girls (and a sub-character in this case) fall for him easily, there was this one scene that just left question marks on the top of my head. Actually, it isn't the first time, but this anime SUDDENLY brings out a character NEVER introduced before, but they have a name, and the characters are talking to them as if they knew them, but the audience has no introduction whatsoever. Yes, I'm talking to you, the girl that suddenly fought with this episode's focus and the other girl that tried to stop her, WHOEVER YOU ARE. At least characters aren't bushin-no-jutsu-ing around...
