Geez as an og power rangers fan this saddens me. Him and David Yost were my favorite power rangers. He really liked keeping his role alive.

NO! Oh my gosh, it's hard to process he committed suicide. Man, he along with the original cast were such a huge part of my childhood. And him coming back for Dino Thunder was like such a dream. May he rest in peace.

RIP to the man and mad props for all the different Ranger iterations that he has played.

Now he's become one with the Grid.

I refuse to admit he committed suicide. The forces of evil invaded Earth and he continued fighting them off to save us all till his last breath!

I...I'm just shocked. Honestly and genuinely shocked. I can barely even process this coming so soon after Kevin Conroy's death.

Power Rangers was such a huge part of my childhood and shaping me as a person, watching season after season, but the saga of Tommy Oliver and his journey and how that impacted the history of the franchise always kept me engrossed and he was part of so many memorable moments of the franchise and seemed to love and care for the show and the fans so much.

RIP Tommy. RIP Jason David Frank.

RIP to Jason David Frank.

The man was a legend. I still remember watching Mighty Morphin, Zeo and later on, Dino Thunder. The world has lost a great actor.

RIP.

I remember watching Power Ranger as a kid, and his character was my favorite. Started on the villains' side, as I recall, and was more or less the Piccolo of the series.

No he was just brainwashed. Without it he was always a good character.

I stopped watching power rangers around spd but I was there watching as the first episodes aired. Green With Evil was what sealed me into power rangers though

I used to favorite Jason as a kid but Tommy took over so much that I checked Zyuranger just to see Burai's story as well as the kid from Dairangers.
