Need Help Connecting My Xbox 360 To My Monitor
as the title says I'm trying to figure out how I can (semi-indirectly) connect my Xbox 360 to my Computer monitor, and I got a few cables in an attempt to get this working
well to put it this way, here's a diagram of what i'm trying to do Spoiler for tech warp incoming:
as you can see, I'm trying to get the sound to work as well, any help will be greatly appreciated |

So... let me see if I have this correct.
1. Xbox outputs via VGA adapter into computer 2. Computer then outputs video via another VGA connection to monitor - audio to computer speaks Wouldn't it be easier to utilize your monitor's DVI port instead of rerouting the VGA signal all over the place? |

Anyway, I think he's trying to find a way to capture his game sessions with a video input card (ala Fraps) while using a monitor at the same time.
