If you haven't watched Noucome Yukihara is a girl that is kinda cool/cold towards everyone and makes perverted jokes/puns when around people (nothing too perverted). Even has a darkish voice, but as soon as either she's alone or with something she's comfortable with her voice gets all cute and high and acts completely moe.

It's just the cutest thing!

She has thoughts about the protagonist and sometimes she mutters with her cute voice and then changes back to the darkish voice. Even sometimes when her back is turned to Kanade (the protagonist) she makes a cute pouty face. It's just so cute

If anyone knows any romance anime with a love interest similar to her please share it with me.

Also I gave no animes I've watched since I want to see any that may have this such character and I'm willing to go back and watch a series again. I need to get my fix man.
