I'm such a junkie when it comes to my music in the first place, that I sing along to pretty much all the songs in my iTunes library. xD I think it's a result of watching those Disney sing-along tapes for so many years as a young child~
I haven't had any musical training since elementary school, so I end up teaching myself how to sing the songs (more than often the way I'm NOT supposed to "Orz).

Music that'll really get me singing:

May'n - I'm a horribly huge May'n fangirl, and singing to her music is lots of fun~~ Plus, it feels like I'm giving my vocal chords a workout.

Macross vocal tracks - well, at least the ones I have. :P 'Voices' and Lynn Minmay's 'Ai Oboete Imasuka' are a couple of my favorites (and probably most difficult, IMO) to sing.

Supercell - I especially love the music ryo composes that are full of beautiful piano and instrumentals. <3 It doesn't matter to me if nagi or Miku Hatsune is singing, I sing along anyway. xD

Utada - again, a horribly huge fangirl of Utada's music~~ Depending on the album, her songs are either really fun and easy to sing along to, or really hard. D: But, it doesn't stop me from singing along. xD

Disney - I think it's a result of being raised with Disney films and those silly sing-along tapes. xD But, Disney has really beautiful score and vocal tracks. And, they're just really fun. I mean, how is "I wanna be like you" not a fun song??

Nana Mizuki - I'll never be able to match her vocal power, but her songs are so much fun.

favorite themes & songs - There a just a ton of songs that I really like, and I like to learn the lyrics to those songs~ I'm actually surprised at how much I remember of a song I haven't listened to for several months. O:

The Pogues with Sally MacLennane. A timeless track, and everyone should be able to join in singing.

Quality on youtube is so-so, so get the CD, think it was Rum Sodomy & the Lash, but it is also on the live albums, which a better imo.

Yeah, he is a little weird at times. He was acting sort of um... fruity in a special about the making of Hong Gil Dong as well. I really like his acting and singing though. So far I've seen him in Hong Gil Dong, Beethoven Virus, and now You're Beautiful. I'm looking forward to his next drama...

When it comes to those songs where you can't help but sing - even if just a little -, I can't come up with a single one that is not happy! S'pose it is as some say: Because singing makes you happy, it works the other way round too - happiness makes you want to sing
