ACtually, there is something I am questioning, does this mean that M stole Silent Zephyr from another Phantom task pilot?

She most likely steal Silent Zephyrs from an British IS Development Center since Silent Zephyrs is created(developed) by the British.

Well, i know that. But according to the translation, M received a call saying that the Silent Zephyr was stolen, asking M to recover it, so this means that either the original pilot had ties with M, or is a secret pilot for PT.

According to the translation, it was stolen JUST A WHILE AGO, and it was necessary to readjust it

Okay, I've checked and Javier Sansano is right. The original Japanese sentence indicates that Silent Zephyrs was just recently stolen by Phantom Task from England, that's why Squall want M to do setting up on it.
