Ah I figured the like with Arifureta zero 6 you were just waiting to add them lol. I could understand 17 in that case since it hasn’t released in English but couldn’t understand 16 lol. I’m still on 9 so doesn’t matter too much but seeing future illustrations gets me excited to read more.

The latest web chapter seems to be the end of Vol 18. Then, Vol 19 will cover the final war against Fuuga and then Vol 20 will deal with the aftermath.

Finally got caught up to 16. Sad that it will still be a few months till 17 is released in English. I was hesitant to start this since it was so different from your typical isekai series but I ended up really enjoying it.

Glad to see Maria finally enter the harem. I’ve got to wonder though just how far her and Souma went that night. It’s just vague enough that they could or couldn’t have gone all the way. Lol. He’s certainly learned to work fast.

I really hope though that Fuuga has a scene later on where he laments the choice to bring in the troublesome nobles that Maria opted to throw away lol. I do have to question how they will manage to defeat Fuuga. His army they could possibly fight evenly with but Fuuga is an army of his own and too powerful. If I had to guess Hashim will assassinate hi when Fuuga continues to not make a move on the kingdom. Then through scheming places the blame on the kingdom to rile up his followers.

That was rather anti climatic for the demon lands. Yet it makes sense since the so called demons never had any direct involvement despite being held up as some great evil.

That's his problem, I believe. Even with his superior power, if the internal slowly begin to destabilize, there's a chance that some could defect to others. Managing internally is not easy as we can think of. Even Souma on early days admit his flaw in that he didn't have enough officers to manage the government.

I would say that my prediction is like Fuuga would be treated like Lu Bu. Having a land, and conquered through power, but he was defeated through internal affairs added with a final strike from Shu & Wei coalition.

I understand that feeling. I felt it too when I started. A hero being summoned turning into a paperwork signing king sounds weird. Yet it has good characters, the plot lines flows nicely and yet there is still action. Not to mention not much beating around the bush in regards to his harem. Wait till you get to 16. It puts a pretty massive spin on one character.

I think with fanatics around; it's best to disrupt the CoC (Chain of Command) first. It's a basic rule of warfare to hit the Chain of Command before going for the head. With the command is disarray, Fuuga will definitely show more openings.

True he picked up zealots with no loyalty that were served to him on a silver platter. I can’t help but think he’ll struggle to trust them since he already realized what she likely had done. This would just serve as a schism between different factions.

Death by internal assassination would truly be a fitting end for an Ambitious Conqueror like Fuuga. Hopefully, Hashim and Lumiere get a similarly "tragic" end to their ambitions as well. If it does turn into a war between Souma and Fuuga, I'm wagering that Souma, Hakuya and Julius will outplay him by forcing him into a situation where he can't display his strengths and either die a dog's death or have his ambitions/kingship end as a pathetic loser.

I put the order of the events based on its chapter. but there’s some detail i forgot and some chapter that i read it quickly, so im sorry if i’m wrong. here you go.

Events before war:
-Soma discuss with the others about his plan to end fuuga era with the “key” he obtained from mao domain. In order to execute his plan, he needs time which means the idea is to delay fuuga as long as possible until his plan is complete. With Hakuya advice, he also employ Gonzales and Urup help as they have extensive knowledge of Friedonia geography, in order to prevent being flanked.

-Yuriga ask Souma for something to show to Fuuga, with a hope that it will stop his ambition. she later meet with fuuga on mao domain to show it. Needless to say, it failed to stop his ambition. Through his meeting with Yuriga, Fuuga more or less have a hunch what is Souma planning, but decide to keep it to himself, believing if he share it with his Generals, it will only sow doubt and low their morale.

-Souma send non-combat personel such as Roroa, his children, Ichiha, Tomoe and others to Venetinova.

-During certain night, Souma and Liscia having the usual the teamtime with Juno. Souma ask whether Juno wants to go adventure to North World.

Events during war:
-Souma and Fuuga meet one last time in broadcast with fuuga fully declare war on maritime alliance.

-Fuuga send his troops first to Euphoria kingdom, then Turgis republic, and finally Friedonia Kingdom. He sent Shuukin, Lumiere, and the elf princess to Euphoria Kingdom. Moumei and Nata to Turgis. Mary, Lombard, and Yomi to Amidonia Region, with Fuuga and the rest of Generals to Elfrieden Region.

-In Turgis, Mouei and Nata are forced to simply hold off Turgis from sending their troops to Friedonia after their attack failed due to Turgis defensive capability.

-In Euphoria Kingdom, there isn’t any battle. As both Hakuya and Shuukin know that the war will be decided on Friedonia. So they just enjoy tea time while making sure both sides not making any move.

-In Friedonia, the first battle happens in Amidonia region. With most of Fuuga attacking force is Lunarian believer. The leading defender is Margarita and Mio, supported by Kagetora. The battle end with Friedonia victory after Mary and Souji use broadcast to persuade lunarian believer, causing the group fall apart with his speech. Mary escape while Lombard and Yomi is captured.

-In Elfrieden region, Fuuga lead the troops, trying to find a path that will allow them to flank the kingdom force. Souma, having foreseen this, use every means to block such paths like using plant-growth magic to cover up wasteland, or placing Juniro family in abandoned castle to make it looks as if there’s troop stationed. This more or less force Fuuga troops to march slowly with their march being observed from up above the sky with Nothung Kingdom help.

-Elfrieden region first battle finally happens when Fuuga troops reached Red Dragon Castle. Guarding the castle is Vargas family with Tolman. This battle also see Susumu Mark V deployed in battle for first time. Kirahhe, the leading attacker, despite having superior numbers, had a hard time dealing with the air force led by Castor and Carla due to SM-V. Mechadra also deployed, hoping it will crush enemy morale and delay the Fuuga troops. Fuuga knowing the longer they give Souma time, the more likely the will lose, leave Red Castle siege to Kirahhe. This development is the worst outcome for Souma, as he was hoping that the battle will last longer. After this, something unexpected to both Souma and Fuuga side happens.

-Souma received report that there’s troop stationed in tthe castle that in the path Fuuga take. He angrily demands Julius to pull the troops. Julius refused, stating that it’s Herman and Owen’s will. Julius explain that before the war started, he was called by Herman. Both Herman and Owen declare their intention that in the events if Souma is in pinch, they will go with a numbers of volunteer troops to hold Fuuga troops, so to give Souma time needed to execute his plan, knowing it will result in their death. And so, when Fuuga force encounter them, despite being offered to surrender they refuse and keep fighting to death, bombing the castle itself to bring down enemy troops as many as possible. Fuuga and Hasim shocked by this turn of events, as they believe that Souma will not sacrifice his subordinates. This in turn force Fuuga to stop his march and check back the town they have taken to ensure same thing will note happen. This delayed his march for 2 days (if i m not wrong).

-2 days later, Fuuga force finally arrived in Parnam. Souma plan is also finally complete and he execute it. Before the war, he make a broadcast to the entire world. In this broadcast, he reveal about the North World, Seadia and it’s condition, how Seadia is an unexplored world filled with many possbility where one can become king of country or hero. This is Souma’s plan, he reveals that even if Fuuga win the war, it doesn’t mean the world is united. With Seadia revealed, Fuuga troops realize that their end goal is still far from over. This revelation caused doubt, confusion, anger, and many other emotion within them, in turn, causing Fuuga troops to be unable to display their full strenght. With the end of broadcast, the battle begins.

Only a few left, i’ll post it later.but i’m experiencing mental exhaustion now, that any motivation to write it is none right now. So can’t be sure when i’ll post it. Sorry.
