You know what will make my mind explode? When Homura does a cameo within the series.

many points on the steins gate are actually came in reality basis...

1. there was John Titor which is my personally i believe him..
2. SERN (in actual that is CERN), well they try to make some time travel using the LHC...
3. i believe that alternate history is exists... because of John Titor's predictions, there are some events came true and others are not.

i'll keep watching this series for the time travel lectures...

Anyway... if you go to pixiv and search for だが男だ!, you will get a lot of Ruka pics .

Ugh, I think if I read one more post whining about how Ruka is a guy, I will scream. =_= I mean, I knew the otakus would complain, but this is just getting ridiculous now.

Spoiler for Steins;Gate x Madoka Magica:
I'm not denying the parallels, I'm just saying that Nitro+ is getting way too much credit for Steins;Gate. Heck I've seen people saying Urobuchi was involved in Steins;Gate when he had nothing to do with it period

Spoilers for Steins;Gate are very easy to find in the Internet. The whole story spoiler is even posted in Wikipedia. Frankly speaking, I do not prefer posting spoilers in open websites.

I do not mean anything personal. I am not sure what you mean by "small". I just think speaking precisely is a good form , and lets just settle for that.

No you can't do that. If you want to talk spoilers go to the game thread.

Sadly the synopsis on wikipedia is too summarized.

If you want to spoil yourselves, go to the game thread. The OP posted a link in which he has a pretty good summary of each chapter of the VN.

Good but not perfect. I posted another link there that sums everything in a more clear and friendly way.

Was actually planning to skip this since I heard it was something of a sequel to Chaos Head, a series which I didn't particularly care for too much, though I'm glad that due to massive boredom, this didn't turn out to be the case.

The artwork for the anime, not to mention the game after seeing some screenshots, definitely does a better job at conveying the mysterious sci-fi elements of the series. The protagonist, while delusional is also intelligent, which makes it harder for the viewer to guess what's really happening. And the cast introduced all feel like they have some sort of greater purpose and aren't just tacked on for the sake of it.

So far, it's looking to be better than Chaos Head, which I think dwelt to much into the geeky otaku aspects over the main plot while Steins Gate strikes a nicer balance between the two. Hoping this is one series which maintains its momentum and doesn't fall flat later on.

Steins;Gate tries to be funny. On some levels, it succeeds. Other times, I feel like I'm watching an insane college student going bananas. And microwaving them.

Perhaps the most intriguing parts are the serious considerations of time-travelling. Alas, if I'm going to stick with this show, I'm going to need some more of that.

Also, the way you express it is... rather disturbing.
