Based on what you like, I'd recommend The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya for you. It's a comedy with supernatural elements included. Extremely hilarious.

Most of the series with those genre's are a bit Harem-ish
Toradora - though at the beginning, it may not seem like it. Suggested Harem (...is there even any?)
Bakemonogatari - well, you gotta admit it, It's the Senjougahara fascination (nuff said)
Nyan Koi - (it's still airing) for the love of cats and cat lovers alike
Nodame cantabile - a bit of a slice and life, it's non-harem(i think), you should definitely watch this one considering the relationship development here is pretty realistic...and funny as hell

For pure romantic comedy, Maison Ikkoku takes the gold crown. In fact Love Hina is often described as a (poor) remake of Maison Ikkoku. Trust me, it starts a little slow, but this is one of the best romantic comedies I've seen in any form of media.

Oh My Goddess is another decent romantic comedy, although of a different brand. More like Bewitched type humor and development- although before marriage.

A more actiony romantic comedy would be Full Metal Panic!, the Fumuffu season in particular is nothing but romantic comedy.

Some other romantic comedies include:
Hayate the Combat Butler
Ranma 1/2
Zero no Tsukaima
TenchiMuyo (particularly the Mihoshi special).

I also recommend you check out Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, which follows the manga story line (diverging from the first anime about 13 episodes in), has what I think is a much better plot, and will have more (though not much) romantic development than the first.

Shows that aren't really romantic comedies, but you'd probably also like:

Crest of The Stars
Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Chrono Crusade
Chrome Shelled Regios
Soul Eater
Read or Die
Shakugan no Shana

Maison Ikkoku is the baseline from which all romantic comedies are measured.

Also look at Kare Kano.

I second Lovely Complex...I think it falls into Romantic Comedies genre.

I wouldn't say Bokura ga Ita has a lot of comedy...To me it was a bit depressing but very romantic indeed.

True. Its hard to consider Bokura ga Ita as 'romantic comedy'.....too serious and depressing.
I can't believe that nobody has suggested Seto no Hanayome yet....

That's because it's a bit light on the romantic aspects.
Spoiler for In a nutshell:

It's funny, but really kinda shallow.
