Kyonko is in as the "ponytailed girl", and Miku is very well eligible.

So the ISML eligibility debate is moot, as if Kyonko made it to the quarterfinals that's a guaranteed entry.

Ponytail no ko... well I figured it might happen that way. We can probably just work it in as a descriptor.

It will be a hard road, but at least she is on the road to start with. The question is who to campaign, and how to make it so she is defacto Kyonko for all those Japanese voters...since her only nominations are from this website. That was my first guess, but I didn't think it outlandish enough for the MGS series. Then again, the fact that he was controlling it without any visible communications device(s)...(and that it was somehow able to incapacitate people, even though people aren't weapons).

Also, WHY DID SNAKE LEAVE THAT KNIFE STUCK IN HIS SHOULDER! I mean, seriously! Wouldn't that hurt?

Weapons authorization is done through nanomachines inside each soldier's body. So he actually controls their nanomachines, which regulate their bodies when turned on, but switched off causes them to go AUAGHRAGARAH with seizures and have cardiac arrests.

You just can't make this shit up. Unless you have prophetic abilities and see into the future of war like Kojima does.
