Fate's been addressed as "Enforcer Fate" several times in the manga and early in the anime (before she became "Captain Fate")

As for Yuuno... well, that would require us to see people interacting with -or even just talking about- Yuuno first.

That's the whole scene, not much. When I read over it again it probably was a mistranslated. If I ever get bored I will probably try translating it my self somehow to see if it is so.

No it is the Cannon that Nanoha uses in Force

I mean the Fortress has subdivisions that enable someone to fly:

Flight
Long-range rifle
Medium beam rifle
Sword

Nanoha's AEC Armament weapon is called the Strike Cannon, and the defensive Armament is called the Fortress (which, as it happens, has its own cannon weaponry to supplement the Strike Cannon).

It's primary purpose is anti EC. Since regular magic shields won't help they have to be equipped, look what happened when Nanoha faced THoma. Nanoha is still mostly long and medium range. However Rasing heart can control the fortress shields. The whole point of both types of cannons is to turn the force of the attacks into pure impact damage, or something along those lines.

Anyway most of the anti ec equipment is specialy tailored for its wielder besides the hammer and strike cannon which are long and close range respectfully.

Oh yeah I noticed no one else can do it.... So none of the weapons alone can do such things (flying around... Etc)

Only partially, asfar asthe story goes it seems all AEC-units are intended to become mass production models after testing. The Strike Cannon and War Hammer units reached that stage almost immediately, Teana's Oxtongue followed suit some time after (Wendi has her own copy) ...it won'tbe long before we see Raptors running aroun with Gladiator units.

Subaru seems to be the only exception as her Sword Braker depends on her very exclusive IS "Oscillating Breaker" to properly function.
