Seriously, a tag team with two little sisters in elementary swimsuits doesn't really appeal to me, let alone pedophiles in the 4ch. That illustration being the BD cover kind of sends chills down my spine, for the following reasons: the two never got along, at least in the anime's timeline, and when they do get along, it sends the chills already. It's like the warm and cold air inside a storm.

Here's the official cover for Vol 9.

From what I guess in the background, there is a clear blue sky so that might be a setting for the climax.

Each novel except for the first volumes of a 2 volume arc have the background from the climax of the novel. The part one of the 2 volume arcs show where the spirit was first met. For e.g. in Vol 3, Shidou meets Kurumi in a classroom and the background for the cover was the classroom.

She does look 'sickly'(pale skin, etc), but she's nowhere near sick at all.

Shame that pic has some of her hat and feet are cut off.

Her expression on the front cover compared to the one with Shiori is like night and day!
