I hope Urahara goes bankai against Soifon and Hachi, no.. only Soifon() while Tessai takes care of Hachi -> so he should stay out of this atm, Aizen will depart anyway so it's no big deal who will confront him

aizen will be winning when ichigo goes ultra-mega-berserk-super-saiyan-9001 at which point aizen says "just as planned" because it prompts the royal guard big damn heroes moment and then aizen decides to leave.

There will be some sort of brand new revelation and Aizen will have to say at some point before he dies/leaves/whatever "Just as planned", because he's psychic like that and all...

who's to even say that Aizen even achieved Bankai. Remember he fooled everyone into believing his shikai was water and mist based during the ceremony.....REMEMEBER!!!!!!!

I think there was an interview where Kubo Tite stated that he won't reveal Aizen's Bankai yet. (Maybe someone knows what I'm talking about). In either case, I'm pretty sure he has a Bankai. Kubo's done some pretty anti-climatic things in the past, but I don't think he's crazy enough to not give his all powerful main antagonist a Bankai. That would just be beyond stupid.

I've read there's no WSJ this week and next week on a certain site I'm not allowed to mention.

I can't tell who's serious from who's not. But I admit, I had a feeling that bringing it up without providing a link wouldn't work out too well for me. At this point, I'm convinced the interview I'm referring to took place in a dream I (may or may not have) had several months ago. Personally, I blame Gin.

I'm sorry about that. For reasons that are difficult to explain, Gin's post had me wondering whether the question you had asked was serious or not. The way your question was initially worded had nothing to do with it.

Yeah...am I making that interview up or did he really say that?

does anyone actually have a link to this interview where kubo says aizen's and gin's bankais won't be revealed until a later arc?
people keep mentioning it everywhere, but no one seems to have a source. closest i've found is on another forum where someone basically says "duh noob it's on page 1 of the interview thread...." and then the only time bankai is even mentioned on that page is for hitsugaya and komamura...

That's kind of hard to believe considering he was like crying after one of Aizen's subordinates cut his friend in half. And he's never liked Aizen. So ...
