Internal injury can go a long way, up to organ failure. We'll find out soon enough, I guess.

i have no words to describe this this episode it was just epic. AFO and All Mights fight caused so much destruction in their weakened state i cant imagine just how terrifying their fight was 6 years ago. AFO hinting that he is passing his power to Shiragki and All Might strength is starting to wane. I think this will be the last fight for the symbol of peace. If All Might losses his powers after this fight it will be open season for all the Villains to come out of the woodwork. The students and Deku are no where near ready. At least there is still Endevour to keep things together. But i foresee dark times ahead

The real danger of AfO, if we're to believe All Might, is that he's a villain's All Might. By that I don't just mean he's just as strong or potentially stronger, he's just as charismatic. Just like how All Might can capture the hearts of people, it's likely that AfO can do the same. And do that with villains on top of that. Look at how his guidance made Shigaraki that much more of a threat to society. And that's just Shigaraki, who knows how many villains he has trained. Or how many people he has turned into villains, for that matter.

To be honest, AfO would be even more frightening if he had left Japan to steal quirks worldwide. I guess the world lucked out that he went into hiding in Japan

One thing needs to be kept in mind as far as Best Jeanist is concerned is that he's up against someone who faced off against the most powerful hero in the world and injured him to such a level that everything science and quirks currently have still left him spending seven eighths of his day weak and frail and prone to coughing up blood. As AFO mentioned, Jeanist's status near the top comes from his experience and creativity, not any significant superiority in power. I'm pretty sure retirement's not the "worst" he can suffer. He could be stuck permanently in a state similar to All Might powered down, or paralyzed like Ingenium I.

...Which would cause him to have to retire, which is what meant when I said that.

True. I was just pointing out "retirement" can cover a broad range. If you say the "worst" is he has to retire and live with a limp or a slight debilitation, that's one thing, but if the "worst" is that he'll be paralyzed from the waist down then that's much worse. Not all work-ending injuries are equal.

Well I was talking while comparing it to death, in a world where that thing with Ingenium happened. I thought ‘extremely severe injury’ would have been implicit.

That. Was. Awesome! This will probably be my favorite episode of the series (and one of my favorite in media in general). Bones did a magnificent job adapting this epic fight. Not just the scale of it (that area's basically a warzone by now) but the music and the emotion. I wonder how many craters were there during their original fight years earlier.

Physically All Might is still strong, but All For One knows where to hit him to really make it hurt, through his mentor and Shigaraki. All Might did it, he won the battle, but not so sure about the war. Only Deku immediately understood that last message. It was great to see more of All Might's background (so he really does look like that, and Gran Torino has sure shrunk since then), but glad those weren't death flags, Deku still needs lots of training. What a high, but still so much left to do.

Crazy episode. Really thought All Might was going down that time.

And Shigaraki is the GRANDSON?? What, seriously? I hope the show delves into that revelation next episode.

Incredible battle.

That "United States of Smash" attack was very cool by All Might and carried everyone's feelings including his own to the end. It was also interesting to see some more of his past with One For All. I'm pretty satisfied with the fight this week and it was very well animated.

Glad they reached this point in the anime as the episode is the climax of the arc. Plus Ultra!

Incredible episode. Bones truly did a stellar job with this fight. All Might's career may be over, but he went out with a blaze. It truly makes one wonder how damage there was the last time those two fought.

All for One really is scum. While he did have other reasons for raising Shiragaki (namely wanting a successor), it really was low to use the kid as a psychological attack against All Might.

That "You're next" was so vividly chilling even in manga form - literal shivers down the spine - that I couldn't wait to see what Bones and Miyake would do with it on screen. It's such an elegant, perfect shounen moment - one of my all-time favorites in any manga, shounen or otherwise. 94 chapters of intense buildup perfectly captured in a couple of words and one weary gesture by a fallen hero.

All Might's last stand brought me to the verge of tears. I don't think this could have possibly been better than this. My favorite part, other than the obvious "next, it's your turn" was All Might sinking into despair after AFO told him who Shigaraki was, and one of the victim bringing back his spirit simply by asking for help. He truly was the number 1 hero, a person always striving to his best to help the people around him. Everybody cheering him on and tearing up was really amazing too. Actually, the entire episode was just incredible.

I'm crying man. I can't believe this actually moved me to tears. While All Might didn''t die like I predicted watching those people crying out you can do it. What a way to end a career!

Also All For One is the lowest of the low taking that poor women's child after murdering her and then corrupting him. That man is the very definition of evil.

I would also like to request an All Might Tribute AMV using this song!

There were like 3 or 4 moments that brought tears in my eyes.

This has to be a personal record for a single Anime.

On top of that, no matter how many times I prepared myself and rewatched the scenes it always happen.
