I really recommend this manga, it is way too hilarious. There are 5 translated chapters so far.

The MC is a god-like version of Yuuki Rito with his falls, and Chapi, the unholy spirit, is reaaally awesome.

By reading the title I suspect to be at least ecchi, I guess I am not wrong. I remember zetsurin being used in sayonara zetsubou sensei as the other named of his sister which means skillful in bed.
