i have to chime in on this one ...

While Ako haven't appeared to have played a that massive part of the cast as she could have, i think it stands as a good thing that she didn't force herself in ... not because i don't like her, but because it would be out of character for her to do it ... Her way of playing was fairly crystal clear form where i was sitting since festival arc ... Loving an illusion which aren't real, having to get to terms with it, nothing more, nothing less ... While she have protential to move forward and get into the nakama, its not time yet for her to get there (though i'm fairly sure that all the girls which entered MW in some way or another, is going to be part of an extended Nakama)

just had an ... 'interesting' thought. On how many levels would it be wrong to Genderbend the story

whats played for laughs would become downright creepy (offhand mentioning Ayaka's Shotacon)

But getting the whole cast is just ridiculous...

A girl searching for her mother.
A guy who tries all he can to protect a girl (Which is actually normal)
Poolside scene... (ugh)
And a male malevolent vampire (that's a different way to look at things)

but don't forget, rakan as a girl... how would that work? all of those muscles... not trying to be sexist but ugh

It's not like Rakan's muscles make his strength any more plausible, so I don't see any need for a genderswapped Rakan to be bulked up.

It's possible, you just have to tweak the events as well as the characters. Instead of "A class that chases around their teacher and messes around with him" you get "A class that adores their teacher and are overprotective of her."
