What the fuck.
This show had a weird English dub done by Filipino dubbers back in the 90s, as well as a Filipino dub by the same crew. I remember watching some episodes of this when I was younger.

I watched this before when I was young but I never fully watched it past the halfway point, after Yaiba beat that guy who turned demon. Only caught various episodes at a time past that and the ending itself which confused me a lot.
It was a fun show I guess so let's see how it goes with the Wit Studio spit shine. |

Daaang, having to dig deep for stuff to animate can sometimes have interesting developments
I did like the original anime's OP, BTW. Like the part where the extending sword guy goes out into space. Hope the new OP will be as shonen-y, and not shit like Rurouni Kenshi's... rap... lol... rap taaataakaeeesubeteeenochikaaraade~ Have the DVD for the entire anime somewhere

Apparently the chief animation director, Kameda Yoshimichi, has invited many of his top tier animator friends to work on the Yaiba anime (such as the main animator for Jujutsu Kaisen S2). Leaks say the Yaiba remake is going to be a real sakugafest.
