Like tritoch said ^^ Well it's enjoying your sexual desire while feeling pain. Often they use blindfolds because if you don't have your eyes to see it, the feeling is more intense, another reason might be that the one who is wearing the blindfold doesn't know what comes next. That's why they said Tamaki is into SM ^^

If there were more episodes like this, and if they ended on a high-note, I think this will replace Suzuka as my best romance of 2006 - Suzuka did finish this year.

Going wildly OT here but technically Suzuka finished airing in 2005. I believe the last episode was shown at the tail end of December 2005. Lunar finished subbing it at the start of this year though.

Right, right, my bad. I took about three days off from when Lunar subbed it and thought that it ended on early 2006. I'm sorry.

Going back to topic, I really do hope they end on a strong note. At least here, I've noticed that the lead hero and heroine are not asses: one may be emotional and erratic, but when he needs you, he's there. He's not indecisive either. The heroine is independent, but is not an arse like Suzuka. She manages to reach out and touch a lot of hearts in the process of being herself.

I'm definitely rooting for TamakiXHaruhi. I hope it happens.

A hilarious and serious and beautiful episode. I love the pace at which the character relationships are developing: one character at a time, and a little more every time. I found this episode as brilliant as the opener.

Anyway, am I the only one that was bothered by this episode? Aside from trying not to get my feminist panties in a wad over the deal with the "Haruhi, you can't rescue people 'cuz you're a girl!" bit, there was also Kyouya's freaky little fake-rape-thing. I can't be the only one hoping she was going to kick him in the balls, am I? (I mean, really, her knee was in the perfect position...) I had a hard time liking him even a little bit for the rest of the series because of this episode, because you just don't do that sort of shit. It was messed up.

I was so happy because of the romance, but I was angry because I want'ed her to be with Tamaki. But after that when she hugged Tamaki I died of happiness! XD I'm so strange. But this episode was ace. One of my favourites.
