Doesn't Rule 1.1 Unlicensed Anime or Manga only cover this? Why should it change for doujin?

We only allow translated anime or translated manga (as long as they are unlicensed). No raws.

We do not allow music downloads for example.

No, we would not allow this (note, offers via PM are not allowed either).

I think the only situation we would allow music downloads is if the originator offered the track as a free download from their own site. In that case we would allow a link to the official site where the music could be obtained.
