The manga can be purchased in English language translation, from Seven Seas. Buy the books.

That said, the OVAs to date are beautifully made. Very much looking forward to more.

Ep 3 finally came out on CR just recently, and man - I thoroughly enjoyed it. I especially loved how the final ep tied up many things for everyone involved.
Also ... THAT is how you use the legend of Mayoiga! Overall plain excellent, and looking forward to the series premiering next season. ^^

Just watched and reviewed it. It's... about as tragic as you'd expect. I should have guessed what happened to Riichi last time, but I didn't. The ending carries a lot of weight if you've read the manga considering you see more of what she went through to get to that point, but I still loved it.
Can't wait for the anime.

Just got back from the 3rd ONA. I was not disappointed.
I'll come back to this again after I've seen the tv anime episodes and/or read the manga. Regardless, the overall quality of this series is nothing short of legendary, and I'm not one to use such superlatives lightly. Just when I thought I was done with new anime, I get pulled back in. |

It's getting a new OAD series starting September 10th with another anime project to follow (Not sure if its another TV anime or what). Director and Studio are new, but everyone else is returning. |
