She's the one in the pink. (No that isn't a real shot from the game or the anime)

A scene from the game (skipped in the anime since it was rather lulz worthy and potentially breaking the fourth wall) implys the three witches powers behave in a rock-paper-scissors fashion. Lambdadelta then made some crack about next time she's beat them both by being "Super Paper".
