I meant Chrono and Shamal (she uses wind in Gears of Destiny).
Hell, he only cast one spell involving ice, and that was because it was absolutely necessary at the time. You can't judge any pros or cons about the element from that. |

Well, being a little picky, "ice" has been stated as not being a true MCA so i don't know how much it counts as elemntal magic. But i guess being able to compress and froze large amounts of water out from thin air is worth of merit o.o
