DXMicheal: 8.8/10 agreeing with Akito, imho the area a few pixels away from the user name is should be cut out.
Tougarashi: 8.7/10 quite simple but that's what makes it nice, as for the name of the anime i used then it was Kami-sama Hajimemashita.
Akito Kinomoto: 9.5/10 i'm probably overrating but i just love the image, which is the name of the novel ?

Akito Kinomoto - 9/10, excellent signature. Gesture and expression is well done, colors on the Kimono and background offer good contrast.

ReaperxKingx: 9/10 i love the colors and the blends, though imho a different font for the user name or this one bolded (plus a bit the position lowered) might have looked better.

DXMichael - 10/10. Very clean. I like how your siggi doesn't have text so it's not cluttered. I'm not saying text is bad, but it's nice to see a sig without.

Tougarashi - I love the spacing and the cleanliness of the white space in the pic. The small sized colored text adds a vibrant feeling to the whole thing. However, I'm a fan of centered images. Just my pet peeve 9.7/10

ganbaru - Always a 10/10. Once again I love the color and glossy feel - Good job!

Akito Kinomoto - A bit cluttered with the text, but it's a very nice quote nonetheless. The pic on the other hand is really good. I love how the angle makes it appear like it's alive. Also, very kawaii~ 9.5/10

I usualy use fraction to indicate which part of the quote the signature is(the version with text of course). I didn't go with my usual because each part of the whole quoted text refer to a Tarot card which each of them have already a number.

Actualy, the background is mostly made of a dozen copied and smudged differently layers of the girl over a white layer. As for the text on this one, it's hardness to read is on purpose; it's here because it has to be here but it isn't important. Here is the version with the quote:

ganbaru: 9/10 to be honest i dunno if its quite a 9 but there's something about the concept that i really like and i couldn't help myself.
P3tr: 8.9/10 quite nice, not to sure about the border though.
ReaperxKingx: 8.6/10 nice sig but the left side feels kind of empty, maybe a better positioning of the user name or reducing the size (i'm not talking about a simple crop but rather moving the bg more towards the right and reducing the size).
thevil1: 8.6/10 a simple 1 px border would do wonders to it imho.
Patchy: 9.5/10 like always great work.
