Nope, this is going to be the first chapter of volume 14.

From what I have seen on the Rosario wikipedia, chapter 65-2 has been the last chapter of volume 13.

dude in last year we had seen inner moka all the time >_> so it was a nice refreshment to see outer moka...

what a tear jerker great chapter as usual most of the humans got out of the damaged area thanks to Dumbledore I mean Mikogami lol

while I like Ura-chan more than Omote I will mourn her passing if she is finally gone she was the playful side of Ura and hopefully Ura can express this again as she did when she was a child

Alucard definitely draw it inspiration from the Alien's series. He doesn't look a frigging Vampire at all!

Ikeda has shown himself to be a Castlevania fan Dracula's true form and Alucard's have similarities. Remember vampires are the ultimate shapeshifters, they literally can have any form imagined but prefer to remain in beautiful human like form out of vanity

So I was right after all. Looks like Mikogami collaborated with the human government and purposely made the city the final battleground.

Having your 1st girlfriend die in your arms will make anyone want to give up, at least for a moment. Although, I kinda had to step away because I didn't want to be affected too much by the emotions of seeing Moka expire like that. >< Alucard, you're going to pay - with all of your un-life.

Hnnn, maybe now, Akasha will come out.

No it doesn't imply that the battleground is final. Since, even if Mikogami has made some backup plans, it doesn't mean that he will actually manage to finish Alucard for good.

After all, he hasn't managed to do it, 200 years ago, so what makes you think that he will manage to do it, at this moment...

But theres no denying the fact that the city is vacate of human life and surprisingly enough it's the very city that the Floating Garden crashed into. It's obvious that Mikogami has been keeping track of everything that was going on up until this point, so he prepared for the worst. It was either by magic or collaboration with the human government that the city is now vacate. I deny that he used magic, so I say it was collaboration.

The color page has Outer Moka in it, surrounded by flowers, with the Rosario removed from her neck - she's wearing the white dress that she was in, since the start of this arc. First of all, looks like Tohou Fuhai managed to save everyone, so he's not dead yet. Seems like Alucard's main body has underwent some transformation, due to the breaking of the Rosario. The transformed Alucard has also started attacking the human city, and some humans have witnessed this event. Seems like it's the end of Outer Moka after all, but at least she managed to say some goodbye's to Tsukune, culminating in a kiss. If the circumstances where different I would be pretty glad about this, but Ikeda has turned this into a quite tearful moment. The chapter ends with the appearance of Mikogami ... so, it looks like it's going to be a showdown between Alucard's clone and the Headmaster in the next chapter. No development regarding Tsukune's transformation, and no appearance of Inner Moka (although Moka's hair has started to change their color near the end of the chapter) ... Overall, a pretty tear jerking chapter, but what did you expect after the previous one ?

Spoiler for 66: And while, I agree that Outer Moka seems to have been killed off for real, Inner Moka also might be in a dangerous situation - after all, she has obtained the same physical injuries that Outer Moka did, since they share the body, after all. The same might be said about Tsukune, since I doubt that he would be in a rational state, after saying goodbye to Outer Moka ... and he is still in his second seal release form, after all. In other words, I would say that, no one can be considered safe, in the current situation.
