Something like Black Butler, I've been struggling to find any good ones lately

Pandora Hearts is similar, both have a dark gothic sort of theme, yet some eccentric characters and the odd moments of humor on the odd occasion. Plus PH has a good mix of drama, action, and even a bit of romance. Pretty well developed characters and a great soundtrack. Worth a shot imo

Death Note- Pretty dark atmosphere, it also dealt with some themes of vengeance. It's much darker in tone than Black Butler, however.

Other than that

Gosick- its got alot of subplots and some some are better than others but overall i thought it was quite enjoyable. Its super character driven, engaging, mysterious and dark. Both had that Victorian European style to them as well

Shingeki no Kyoujin (Attack on Titan) is probably something you would like.

It is still ongoing though.

Tokyo Majin is dark contemporary fantasy action

Shikabane Hime is similiar (though by my opinion not as good, but it has OPs by Angela)

You could give serial experiment lain a short, its not horror dark but it does have very dark psychological overtones if you are interested. Also Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, its has alot of dark humor, alot of gore as well at times.
