if there is no summary then it won't be release next month. The earliest is november or december if a summary is release or a date is release by october. we can only wait.

We will probably see more about etzali's organization. He was telling since vol 15 that Return of the Winged one was acting strange.

There doesn't seem to be anything about mentioning Haimura in there, as it's the editor, Miki's twittering.

Anyway the gist of it as how I can get it:

Tweet 1. "Argh Kamachi-san... well whatever, just read it."
Tweet 2. "You two (Fuyukawa and Kamachi) work too much..."
Tweet 3. Lots of "Too much" there, including "(Satomi) Arai-san in a black dress is too pretty," "Iguchi Yuka-san is too cute," "(Nobuhiko) Okamoto-san is too handsome," "Abe-san and Kamachi-san's explosive talk of their love for the original work (I might interpret this wrong)" etc.
Tweet 4. Something that gives me the impression "Doesn't this (Kamachi) man get tired or something..."

This is only my own conjecture, but.

Saints are the ones that carve their names to their souls, and thus it could mean that magic is part of their very own existence (they are born with power, or you could take it as "they are power that is born").

Regular magicians carve their names on their hearts, in asian culture "heart" means a lot of things, such as ideas, intentions, even to some points instincts and "the brain"; thus by carving your name in your heart that means that "what you want and who you are" are liked to being a magician. That is so because magicians become magicians because something happened to them and they needed "an alternative way of solving things", it has been stated in the series several times that regular happy & successful people don't aim to become magicians, are only those who suffered a great tragedy or change the ones that "turn to that back door called magic".
