Old news, but I think this is a case in which cosplaying has been pushed to the limit of SERIOUS FKING BUSINESS -- like crab mentality. Too many onion-skinned people, is sportsmanship in cosplaying gone?

Is that how the Filipino cosplay scene works? Backstabbing? Lack of attention? Envy? Who has the bigger penor, er, sword? And escalate it to something worse somewhere in the future? How the rest of the world would give Filipinos respect in this endeavor if cosplayers are plotting against each other even just for the most trivial of things?

Can't they just drop all that crap once and for all and see what's wrong with themselves?

Back to topic... Yeah, that Eddie Murphy lookalike methinks of Cardcaptor Beverly Hills Cop.

I've seen worse IRL. I have been to cosplay events in Japan...some of that stuff is eye destroying!

My fellow friends (some of them cosplayers) and I have to do some deep breathing meditation so our brains don't explode at anime cons. About 75% put some sincere effort into their costumes and choose wisely, about 10% knock your socks off in a good way.... but then there's that 15% (aieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee).
