I know there are tons of anime with an older brother and little sisters in it. I was wondering if there are some recent animes with older sisters and little brothers. The latest I've seen is Tokyo magnitude 8,

Soredemo Machi ma Watteiru has an excellent relationship of this type, though not in every episode. It's rather good overall.

You might want to check out Working!! (aka Wagnaria!!) and its sequel Working'!!. The male protagonist has several older sisters who play fairly prominent parts or appear fairly frequently in several episodes.

Working!! (see above comments)
Wandering Son (doubt it's type of series you're looking for though

)
Natsuiro Kiseki (but he isn't focused much).
Hyouka (but she isn't focused much).
Kyoukai senjou no Horizon (large cast, but they get much more focus than any of series listed here besides working)
Katanagatari (has decent focus, but is also extremely messed up, and not in an incest way...)

Honestly same gender siblings, and younger sister / older brother are more common in anime my experience

Mai HiME. The protagonist has a younger brother, and they are very close. Well, it's not that recent, but still from this century.

While the older sister is not directly shown in Hyouka, she has an important role in the story for Oreki Houtarou.

I don't know if you've seen this but Infinite Stratos, I'm sure has what you're looking for. Older sister is a teacher/instructor while the younger brother is a high school student attending a "special" school where she teaches.
