I love this interpretation. I was thiking about it other day, they barelly interact with each other directly and without Haruki nearby and they only time the do refer to the other party, they were speaking ill about then (Sighs).

Maybe I am just forgeting, there are any moment they speak something good about each other? Both have said positive things about Nagato, but I believe it is only her right? The closest thing would be Itsuki saying he envies Mikuru because she don't need to act in front Haruhi, unlike him.

I think you're right. Now that I think of it, Itsuki hasn't really helped Mikuru much, and vice-versa (not that Mikuru is of much help, anyway). Both of them have even tried to sway Kyon to the side of their factions by speaking ill of the other. And in Someday in the Rain, Itsuki pwned Mikuru bad by helping Haruhi with the pictures and not resisting.

Then again, maybe he's just jealous of her because Kyon pays much more attention to her than him... thus developing yaoi

This is not really his fault. His role is to say 'yes' with a smile to everything Haruhi says, no matter how absurd it may be. He never complaing directly to her, at most he ask Kyon to do so on his place.

6.) Put Nagato in the racing track.

7.) Asking if Tsuruya-san's a vampire.

8.) Asking all of the Haruhi cast what would it be like if their genders are reversed.

Wow, that was early. I have completely forgot about these guys.

It is funny, in cannon they appear as much as Mori (and Arakawa, if you do not consider when he drives the taxi in Melancholy), but they receive a lot less ateention then the other two.

Anyway, tha Melancholy made they seen a bit dark. It is completely fitting, however.

Well, you gotta figure, Keiichi's role on the island was "corpse," while Yutaka was simply absent throughout most of the story. Mori and Arakawa actually interacted with the main cast for more than one or two scenes.
