Shy Protagonist/Main Character

Right now i'm looking for a romance anime OR manga that the protagonist (male) is shy around girls his age and/or gets embarrased when he either sees girls in underwear or naked, also some comedy would be nice, any theme would be fine with me if the protagonist is shy or maybe even slightly anti-social.
Here's a link to the animes I've already watched

I got this:
not sure it it what you are searching for:
[Densha Otoko shy main guy, likes a beautiful girl, tries to get help from the internet
Love Hina He got kicked out from his parents, for failing to get into university, he goes to his grandmother, and there he lives with a lot of girls, and he has not really idea what to do..

is that what you were looking for?

A couple of older series might be good choices here.

One is Chobits. The male character even goes on a shopping expedition to buy underwear for his new android girlfriend. Hideki probably isn't quite as shy as you'd like, but otherwise this could be a good fit.

Video Girl Ai
concerns a high-school boy who has a crush on a girl at school that he is unable to act upon. One night he rents an unusual videotape (yes, it's that old), and a "video girl" comes out of his television and into his bedroom. She offers to help with his romantic problems.

The main character in last summer's Sakamichi no Apollon has the shyness you're looking for, though he never sees anyone in their undies. More drama than comedy in this one, and more non-yaoi bromance as well.

Personally I think Chobits is a better show than Kurumi.
