That's true for normal witches, but Campiones don't die of old age. They are ageless, so the question is what determines their physical appearance. Voban is the only example of a male campione over a couple hundred years old, and its entirely in character for him to want to look that way. His whole intellectual facade and whatnot...

Voban may be campione but he is not magician. It was mention that he dont have talent for it he is just a skillful hunter, therefore he cannot develope his magical skill to highest level where he can rejuvenate his skin to look young light Luo Hao or other witches. Also eternal life may not meant eternal youth.

No it was already stated by Lou Hao that Voban actually specialize in magic while she specialize at magic and martial arts. However they are still equal in a fight.
