Character(s) that have funniest name

Lala Satalin Deviluke from To Love-Ru have the funniest name in this world. What does Satalin mean? At least we can imagine that Satan and Stalin have a baby, well Stalin did went to Hell when he died along with Hitler. He fall in love with with Satan and have a baby girl named Lala Satalin Deviluke.

Stalin was quite popular in anime too...

Ramika Hoshii - From Anime Tencho, basically means 'I want laminated cards'. Ramika = Lami(nated) ca(rd), Hoshii = want.

Actually the entire Anime Tencho cast has some wacky names. Anizawa Meito

Nothing beats One Piece in the total number of wacky names though, or actually the way they make fun of names.

What the hell, Lelouch is strange enough.. but what the hell is Lamperouge?

Lampe can be a place or name. It's also german for a "lamp".
Rouge as in cosmetics.

Rouge = red in french and lampe is also the french for lamp. And Lelouch is a real famous french name, so it's pretty clear he has a french name.
I have always wondered if his name was some lame and failed attempt to make a play on "red light" (either from traffic light or something related to red light district)

Harry Mackenzie was pretty funny, though only in its proper context.

Ah, I forget how it goes because it's been months since I saw it.
Something like that, though.

In cycling, the title of Lanterne Rouge is given to the person who finishes in last place. May or may not be relevant.

Harry Mackenzie. Period. Seriously, when you take into consideration the context and his actual appearance and introduction... I remember me and my friends were ROFLing for about 3 mins then, that we had to pause the Ep and continue LOLing for another minute. Ah, the good old SR days.

Louise Françoise le Blanc de la Vallière

I know this is based on a real name and all but it's just kind of funny to me.
