Yui Horie's appearance was hilarious, but what completely killed me off was "Kuroneko of Eternya".
Oh, BTW, and Masumi Asano also had a cameo as a make up artist (actually, she appeared in every episode). Also, in every episode there's a rookie seiyuu, making his debut role. Last edited by AntonKutovoi; 2015-08-05 at 04:36. |

They've really pulled in some names for their cameos, haven't they? Tamura Yukari, Horie Yui, and even though I'm not familiar with the guy from last episode, having looked him up I can tell he's definitely not small-time either.
Now if they can just get Ueda Kana and Saitou Chiwa in here they'll have managed to show all of my top favorite seiyuu in this series...

I feel bad for Futaba, but at the same time, I wish this series would show her being good at her job at least once.
I also felt this episode forced a few things for dramatic purposes, like Futaba being delusionally sure that the Spiral Cafe anime would have the same cast as the CD drama even though the industry is filled with countless examples of that not happening, or Rin only bothering looking up the series online after she got the part. |

Have they tapped every major Name in the industry? Or just many of the famous ones? Oh dear, Futaba... No one called you to offer you a part, did they? Don't jump to the conclusion that you have a part you haven't been given. Optimism is all well and good, but basing that much cheer on an unfounded hope is just begging to crash and burn should that hope prove false... Some hard yet sensible advice from her senpai. Sometimes I feel that Shiodome could be a little more supportive of her kohai, but she seems to be handling it as more of a sink-or-swim industry. Man. A. Ger... If you couldn't do it properly in that time frame you should have figured that out in the beginning rather than jumping in over your head and have the girls make announcements that commit you to things that you'll now have to fail to make good on.

I think one of the purpose of this show is some advice for those who wanted to be a seiyuu, so I can fully understand that Futaba has the tendancy to jump into misery. There are surely some young souls out there likely to repeat the same mistake even if they know the possibiltiy of cast change by knowledge. And from the episode I can imagine that hurts like losing love because it can negate the value of a novice like Futaba.
And for the very same reason, I think they are intentionally making it distinguishable between truth and drama. But as a side effect, sometimes the drama may feel forced. Anyway, IMHO this is best episode so far that the cold reality and the drama for bringing up the mood is well balanced, as well as echoing some earlier episodes. |

Actually I hope so. That's going to attract a lot of people to watch this.

Dang, I have to admit...Koyoma is quite an interesting character in this week's episode. Hope he makes more appearance in the future. I'm glad to see the girls doing well in the end though despite their own little struggles this week.
