I would like to find out the name of this old, at least 10-15, years old anime about a boy and his dogs that goes on a journey to look for his dad.

Another anime that i would like to be identified is the main character is something aquatic (a fish maybe?) and they get terrorized by a catfish that eats their friends and families. This anime is really old too.

and the last one has a little monk boy and hes really intelligent and he misses his mom sometimes and um... hmmm... when he is thinking/brainstorming he licks his fingers then draws circles on his little bald head

That aside, yes. "Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure"(DPTA) was indeed shown on cable tv a few years ago in Singapore. It was in fact, how I first came to watch it.

Yup, you got it right. (DPTA) was what I was looking for. Caught a couple of the episodes and confirmed it. AXN used to show alot of anime shows last time and that was how I got to watching anime. Pity it doesn't show nowadays.

There is one anime about a damn cool and dark seinen who beats up all the goody guys and pimp villains. He gets to impress all the highly and stunnigly beautiful designed anime girls.

Any idea of an anime that sounds like that?

Sounds like Bastard!!; if that's not it, it also sounds slightly similar to Berserk, but not by much.
