Er...aside from that one purported scenario you described, no-one has made any connotations to the Code when referring to the two kissing incidents. The first was to keep Lelouch's memories sealed, the second was to unseal them.

I'm guessing either V.V. or Charles, but only one of the two. It can't be both at once.

That's what I've figured out from all this.

So far nothing has really been answered. All we know is that Marianne is back (and very, very loli. <3), and C.C. and her are going to save Lelouch...

So far all this series has done is get more confusing.
