just for chapter 2 but if the novel stays there and with more details, it would be a good reference for the "snuff" genre , I think this exceeds the sister of the MC in the Tower of Karma wn.

If Chinese novels are allowed then you might try Age of Adepts. Kinda fits the criteria for the time being.

Finally decided to read the latest novel of Anikki.

For example defeat Maou, then appear Majin, defeat Majin, then appear Kyoujin, and so on, enemies and MC keep getting stronger

You can also try Finest Servant (CN only 16chapter translated). More brain then brawn. The harem is big (15) but it included 2 pairs of Student and teacher and the widow MiL of a pair of sisters he marry.

Not really, you are talking about the rarely few gems that are good. In general, i still think JP WN is better though, JP WN even if it's bad or template, still at least attempt to make world building. But only the top authors of CN that i have read invested time in world building

IF you are fine with evil MC, and by evil, I don't mean scumbag or the kuzu guy but a guy who is pure evil who is willing to do anything to get success, then Reverend Insanity is a very good one, having one of the most amazing world building among novels i have read. It is a CN WN.

As for your criteria
- Strong MC but not strongest - MC actually under average here and no, he actually got hit by it's bad side and no surprising talent either, his sole special power at the beginning is return to the past, this seem OP at 1st, but it's way too gimmicky and actually have a pretty high chance of failing.
- No power inflation - Not really he became stronger over time, but he is alone and actually choose to avoid fight many times
- Smart worldbuilding - Sure, like i said, before the world is actually reliant on trade and producing material to sustained a fight, and a dangerous fight can put you in the red and the reason why MC like to avoid fight if not necessary
- Not hetare MC - the guy is pure evil, he kill a lot of people, even innocents one
- MC snusnu - Kinda yes and no at the same times, it's hard to say, but you can safely assumed that you will not encountered those scene
- No harem or small harem at most - No girls actually, his goal is immortality and everything else is under it
- No baggage heroines - again, see above
- Even better if no heroines at all (Vagabond type adventure) - see above

I have a few other recommendations though, but this is enough for tonight

IMO, it's less of scumbag and more, how do i say it, petty

CN MC seem kinda petty most of time, and not just MC but the entire world in general, trying to get revenge or get angry over smallest thing, couple with the fact that many author is trying too much at painting the MC is in the right side

the MC actually have create multiple clone of himself to deal with lack of manpower, and some of them got snusnu, but MC main body isn't, either way, those scene are skipped anyway

it's actually very late into the story though, you should try out 1st few hundreds chapters or so if it meet your taste, like i said, the MC personality is really not for everyone

And yes, that petty nature actually link to their culture, albeit a bit warped

I miss 異世界から来た勇者 , I still remember scenes like the encounter with the darkness spirit and the life spirit (bitch) and the test imposed on the MC or the battle against the rock giant and how the MC loses an eye, what a good novel, where the author took seriously his own work, unfortunately the real enemies never made a presence.
