Seriously here those are professional voice actors, any given role they try to give it their best and change their voices accordingly to fit the character.

it's just some of these seiyu in qb never did this "you know what i'm sayin" despite some have experience

reina aka miharu in bravo
tomoe aka yukinari in bravo
risty aka one eye female in ikki tousen, cowgirl in onechanbara, etc (come she got lots of "it")
sayaka ohara oh come how many times she have characters with doobi

yet there somw WHAT like haruhi/konata in qb reallu never thought that would happen.

Too lazy to post pictures (unless you really want me to), but there's a preview (small single screenshot) of OVA 4 and 5 on the Queen's Blade TV website

OVA 4 shows Airi and Menace naked, and surrounded/pleasured by tentacles

OVA 5 shows Cattleya in a bikini holding a carrot, camera angle concentrated at her behind

The fact they don't show OVA 6 means they are still working on it or they're planning some super crazy lesbian boob orgy fest that's way too explicit, that it can't even be shown in preview
