Both are actually very random strips

The first one with wanko, the dialogue is very similar to the anime where wanko asks Alto to go with her. Then Alto mutters: "Big Sam" (in katakana, it's "bigu samu", so I guess it's big sam and I have no idea what that means, lol).

And then he starts glomping Ai-kun saying how cute he is (saying it really hyper too). The last panel is wanko's "goodbye, I loved you". Alto's screaming "BIG SAM" while on his knees.

The second strip with Sheryl, again it's similar from Klan and Alto's conversation from the anime. Alto says he'll kill her (wanko) and Klan's "so that's your love" statement. Sheryl's saying the same thing: "I knew it..."

Then Alto randomly says: "Big Sam" and Klan's all "???"

There's a note on the bottom left part about Big Sam's meaning. I'm not really sure if I'm right but it's saying like, if you don't know what it means, it's ok, it's an otaku term/slang. XD

Another one!!! there doesn't seem to be many premier league fans here.. If i had to classify Sheryl as a fan of a team, i'd say she would have loved Arsenal circa 2001-2006. Fiery and aggressive, but also elegant and full of finesse..

Actually, it's Big Zam, not Big Sam.

Isn't Big Zam a mobile suit in Gundam? I still don't get the joke though.
