I think it's Lucy from Elfen Lied. I could be wrong.

It is a nice banner indeed.

Domo! ^^ And yes, that is Tsuzuki! Muraki is in the back, and I thought the red rose was essential to show the relationship between those two

I wish I could add "Kairin" to the bottom right corner but that would be against the rules. So alas, it shall only be a dream.
I really like the background in this one Maybe you could re-do it but with Queen Kairin only (so you could put "AnimeSuki Forums" more easily)? I'm sure it will look good And about the font, I think you should use a one which is more elegant to fit this image of Kairin ^^

Thanks for the tips. I did what I could but as I said, I'm not the best with banners. It's not the image part I have problems with (mostly) it's the fonts. I just suck with fonts.

Ah well, here's my attempt at taking in what you suggested.

In your third (new) banner feat. triple Kairin, the sides blend much nicer, however now the font seems to be boring. And I miss a Halloween theme, I think that banner is more something for the main site (however I have no idea, how this blends with the bg color of the main site).
More Halloweeny, eh? I think I can do that.

Still not sure about the font. It's not as 'boring' as the other one (I hope) but I don't really know what else to do to make it more spooky.

So I guess my 3 entries so far are going to be:

1)

2)

3)

I'm not sure yet if I want to replace one of them with this one:

I need more advice. Help me~ XD

Hey Kyosuke, can you tell me the name of the font you used for "Animesuki"?

Great stuff by the way.

How about some clouds to make the whole scene look more natural.

That font happens to be Buffied. Thanks for the comment.

Here's another entry. 2 of 3, hopefully I can finish my third one soon. And edit the others if necessary.

Yup I prefer the moon over the pumpkin too It could be even better if you found something to "camouflage" the little dark straight left edge xD (under the butterflies)

I am actually hoping for a Christmas contest as well.

When I started to dig in my image folders looking for Halloween stuff, I realized I had a lot of christmas pics as well. Putting them to good use at another contest would be nice indeed.

Thanks for the tip. My font collection is very poor. I really need to get some more soon.
