A third of British adults are still taking their teddy to bed. The same reason why [Real Men Wear Pink]. Technically, its "real men can wear pink, as it does nothing to question their identity."
Same as teddies. And in some cultures, men hoarding teddies are viewed better than men hoarding 6" figures and humping bolsters printed with 2D goddesses. That said, my dear can't stand the pink shirts I wear to Friday rosters.

Mobirates 24 - The Amazing Silver Man
I like the dorky Coorie a little more. Her glasses-off, hair-down self this week was pretty cute, but the her I've come to know has more of a nerdy appeal that hits more of my buttons. The Pirate's Nest has that nice mix of run down and luxurious (Marika's bed looked of above average quality, at least), and I look forward to seeing more of the pirates next week. Quartz and Ironbeard don't seem to be as different as I first thought. They both like the more "traditional" brand of pirates who don't do stage shows, but their methods to get them back to those ways are pretty different. Seeing Ririka with Ironbeard only gives more reason to believe that he may, in fact, be Marika's dad. I also liked the revelation that Marika is Chiaki's "favorite captain". MariChi has been an undercurrent of the show since it began, but it's only become more blatant the further along we go. Whatever the Pirate's Council decides on, it'll have lasting repercussions, ideally into a possible second season. And if not, I've been enjoying this series more with every week. |

Under attack!
It was a pretty interesting battle. Things got kinda serious for a second there. Bentenmaru got beaten up by rough encounter. Looks like the whole pirate fleet will stand together against a common enemy. Wow, a spy appears, but it seems there is more than just one..
