I hope the release the frigate as its own Mecha colle kit (keeping the same scale) since it allows for better fleet building. The cruiser would be nice too, but they aren't needed in as great of numbers.

There is also a four set/Wolfpack of Gamilas submarines in 1/1000th scale.
I know about the YAMATO 1/1000 scale in clear yellow that was shown at the All Japan Model & Hobby Show 2019 but I have not yet seen or heard anything about the new EDF Fleet set.

Please tell me that BANDAI will remove their heads from whatever dark places they hide and give us the Gatlantian Empire ships in 1/1000 that we all deserve:
GOSTOK-class Missile Battleship
LASCAUS-class Assault Cruiser
KUKULKAN-class Assault Destroyer

Alas most people know that BANDAI will not give us the giant 1/1000 kits like the ZEOLEGUT-class Super Dreadnought and thus we will always be without the Gatlantis APOCALIX-class Super Carrier, CALAKLUM-class Battleship, and MEDALRUSA-class Heavy Annihilation Battleship.

Is there anyway that us model builders could actually petition BANDAI to make what we want????

I am pretty sure there is some method of consumer feedback for Bandai. I don't know where it is, nor if it is Japanese language only.

A link to a battle report I did for a Star Blazers Fleet Battle System game I ran this last Sunday at Dundracon in California.

The report I picture intensive, which is why I'm using this link instead of copying it all and pasting it here.

Based on Episode 21 of Yamato 2202, the Battle over Mars between the combined Earth and Gamilas forces against Gatlantis.

The rules have been modified over the years. Both is increase the flow of playing the game (reduce time per turn) and to account for new developments from Yamato 2199 and Yamato 2202. Both in terms of technological developments in the fleets, but also that some ships have gotten bigger than they were in the original series.

Model news.

1. A Mecha Colle BBB type Andromeda kit (the black hulled automated Andromedas which would come with a bunch of decals or stickers) should be coming out in September.

2. The UNCF escort group in 1/1000 scale (cruiser and frigate) probably will be coming out in October or at least during the Fall of 2020. Possibly this will match the coming out of the Yamato 2202 compellation film that suppose to come out this year, while Yamato 2205 will likely come out sometime in 2021 (delays due to virus crisis is likely even in Japan).

I finally figured out where the 3 shock field guns on the Andromeda and Dreadnought are located. They are in the openings below the bridge and between the anti-aircraft double pulse laser gun turrets.

Episode 21 reveals that Yamanami's modified Andromeda has 5 shock field guns. It also has rear-facing torpedo tubes (8) on the sides between the the secondary engines/thrusters.
