She's the girl who works in the Ramen shop Naruto likes to eat at, she is only in a couple of episodes. The only significant thing she ever does is give naruto a bowl of food before the Chuunin Exam for free. She's only semi-popular because lots of people find her cute.

but erm..just that pic is not enuf..
i would need a rather big one..like the reference that i posted..
i at least would need a back and front view of the person you wanna me to do..
then with at least a half body with maybe the hands or the legs..
else its very difficult to visualize the body form of the character..
