This is pretty amazing, and so far all girls have been greatly developed and have expressed herselves in many ways. The only "weakness" of this so far is that you need to read several chapters in a row to get the gist of the plot twists, but the work itself is kinda not so long lived and it's far from daily updates (basially, chapters feel too few for the reader hunger this gives me).....

Yuuki : He is slowly changing from regular guy to cool protaonist that saves the day. It should be noticed that the absolute best thing about him is his personality and determination of not abandoning people, which are the catalyst to all of the cool things he does.

It's hinted that he once abandoned his childhood friend due to ignorance of the situation (a mistake prompted by the innocence of his younger self). Once he noticed that "he failed to help her when it counts" his personality completely changed to what it is today, and what pushes him is his regret and need for atonement.
.... Yuuki keeps getting power ups when it counts, at first it sounds like H4X writing, but later it becomes obvious that there is an important storyline reason for that.
Arina : Cookie childhood friend character archetype, who dones a plain appareance and is seemingly unreliable. It becomes obvious from reading the prologue that she is totally not what it looks like, being much more sly and competent than what she is showing to the world. A direct decendant from an ancient hero; her personality has been deeply touched by Yuuki's existence, which is actually a great source of the series problems

Arina is seriously so overpowered that it's almost like a joke. So far whatever type of "power" that have shown to exist in the other world, has also being shown that can be used by her. She even has the ability to "craft" skills based on her knowledge, which is how Yuuki keeps getting power ups when he really needs to (Arina does that so that Yuuki looks cool and captures more hearts ).
She is incredibly sly, just describing her as "cunning" doesn't cut it; she can crook up large schemes involving actions of several people. Her ultimate objective so far is to have the world recognize Yuuki's coolness and recognize him as an illustreous persona / living legend
...... and personally......

Since she has been shown to have mastered time travel (she travelled into the far of future to retrieve "something"); I expect that rather than her being "the decendant of the ages old hero", she might actually that very same hero.
Let's take that a step further, I would actually like for her and her mother to be the same person (they have shown the same proficiency in a unique skill that no one else has), and I would like for her ultimate goal to be to give birth to herself with Yuuki as a father (the last bit is kinda of out there, but I would soooo like it )
Myst : A maid with a cool personality, she works in the Iski mansion, she got herself into a big trouble without knowning it and thus she and her friends where saved by Yuuki's determination and bravery...... which would become a turning point in her life; as withnessing the heroic deed will have a deep effect in her personality.

From all of the girls, she is the only one who has a position of being next to Yuuki at all times, and to help him into whatever she can.... however, there is a little twist to that....

While being next to Yuuki is her heartfelt wish, Arina (with Myst own concent) modified Myst's body into that of a magical beast, thus Myst is not "Yuuki's companion" but rather "Yuuki's summoned monster". Myst took this choice when she realized that it was the choice that allowed her to be next to Yuuki and to become part of his strength and that she will have the chance of easing / shouldering his suffering.
The nature of her skills requires her to be completely naked in order to activate
She is currently very positive and the nicest girl in the cast. But as Roze has shown, those types are the ones with the highest yandere potential ♥♥♥
Roze : A princess renowed for her kindness and loving personality, mature and level headed, she can interact with people regardless of their social position; she is basically the standard of perfection and innocence in the kingdom. Her fianceé is already set in stone.
She is constantly amazed and moved by her conversations with Yuuki (as he has common sense knowledge from another world).

Later is revealed that she is not "the symbol of kindness" by choice; but rather, before she had an age where she could properly craft a personality for herself, she was already advertized by the royal family as said symbol, thus she had no choice other than fitting herself to the preconceived mold that someone else created.
While she is happy as it is, she is slightly disatisfied with "being forced into a position". Even later in the story is revealed that, from roughly a five minute conversation; Arina judged Roze as having a personality that would undboutly fall madly in love with Yuuki (supposedly there were plenty of those types in earth); and thus, Arina creates several opportunities for Yuuki and Roze to be alone together.

Her yandere awakening is the absolute ultimate apex of the novel, and has to be the best thing I have read all year (I think I said this previously, but needs to be said again due to it's importance )
Roze has actually the biggest twist point in the series so far, which totally helps her in being the best girl....

In the future, she is known as a nefastous Devil King who almost destroyed the kingdom and was defeated by a valiant to be king (not the hero). Arina noticed the incongruency of her future history self and her current wonderful personality, and thus decided to keep tabs on her.
It so happens, that her future cruelty is her fianceé's fault, but Arina's surefire measures to reserve her for Yuuki manage to foil the evil plot What Arina does is installing a mindcontrol neurochip in her. However, as part of Arina's master plan, she doesn't force Roze's own will in any form, bur rather gives subtle instructions such as "be honest with yourself". By being "honest with yourself" when Arina asked her to, she became unable to deny that she is falling for Yuuki.
Thanks to Arina exposing her to a wider amount of emotions, she is secretly discovering her darkside (you puke inducing damned [xxxx], I'll have you beheaded for blasphemy!), which she cutely denies (right after) with "Ah, this isn't me, this is surely the mind control"
Since she can be sworn to secrecy, she is Arina's biggest co-conspirator so far by being her confident (but Roze has only grasped the tip of the iceberg ). Arina's once evaluated Roze as being worthy of main wife status (since that would make Yuuki a King). The current arc is about "who will be Roze's fianceé", and since Arina has judged her worthy enough to be one of Yuuki's women, she will probably do something about it. I have big expectations.
..... Oh, if one looks at it, the girls of Yuuki's harem all have all different categories (childhood friend, maid, princess). Arina totally seems to be a fine gourmet I'm already looking forward to more archetypes being added in
I totally enjoy this, and soo wish there it was a yandere specializing label willing to publish it
edit : Oh, the usual public notice of "it's been a while, so my brain might be embeleshing the bedazzling brillance of the yandere explosion".
Starts in chapter 36, "The first heir to the trone Rose / 第一王位継承者ローゼ ", it's very weak there because it's like a preamble; she is having a face off with the villain, but still keeps her respectuful and well behaved manners , this is important.
It's in 37 or " Full course of a princess abusive language - extra large portion / お姫様の罵詈雑言特盛フルコース " when she unleashes her glorious soliloquy which makes us all fall in love with her for eons to come ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
