Well if I had to guess I'd say the cloaked devil might be one of the old demons, seems they want to resurrect the weiss.

I'll say this now but I hope it ain't Elsee's sister playing bad guy here, if she was somehow possessed I'd think it was some lame attempt at some character development for Elsee later on-__-

But I thought that a Weiss can only resurrect under the form of the child of the host's girl, no? So actually they can just absorb negative energy and go on rampage like that? I had always thought it would be nice if later on Keima were selected to help breed the resurected Weiss, lol.

Judging from the translation, there were 2 hidden figures in this chapter. One who captured the spirit (we never seem them), and the other one who showed up when Keima came to the KO'd Elsee and was hiding in the ally and again at the end where (s)he was talking about resurrecting the Weiss. My guess is that Elesee's sister is the one who captured the Yui!Weiss.

Actually, it looks like Yui forgot about Keima. The manner she spoke with him doesn't give any hint that she remembers him. As for the name thing, it looks like she considers it normal to be on first name bases with other males (she identifies herself as one now apparently) and it isn't really that difficult to know who Yui is with her family name being so well known.

Theoretically, yes. But unless it born again, it will run out of energy eventually. And from the way it said it, it looked like it was about to be reborn, it even had a human shape unlike the other Weiss we've seen so far (so this capture was really a close call for the duo) (I couldn't help but think of D Gray-Man when Elesee said it was a level 4 though, but we already know Wakaki-sensei reads jump no?)

Let's line up all the suspects.

Ruling out:
Takahara (track) - shown several times to have no memory
Mio (rich tsundere) - a brief red herring ruled out by Keima himself, but I still think it's odd how good her memory was other than his face...
Kanon (idol) - couldn't get beyond "have we met before?" afterwards; the reactions of the other girls present probably rules them out, too.
Shiori (librarian) - only had a vague impression of a dream.
Chihiro (normal) - ruled out by Kanon's scene above and later interactions with Keima
Minami (swimmer) - couldn't even remember going to the festival
Reiko (grandma) - old and far away
Yui (bodyswap) - absolutely no clue, not even the blushing the other girls tend to have, might... um... not be interested in Keima anymore.

Still possible:
Kasuga (karate) - prime suspect, as already discussed in this thread, and is being brought back in the next chapter
Hakua (demon) - I'm not really sure if this is possible, but it sure would be hilarious. Talk about a conflict of interest.
Nagase (teacher) - no post-capture interaction, initiated the kiss
Tsukiyo (dolls) - seemed pretty interested in Keima at the end of her arc
Sumire (ramen) - no post-capture interaction, initiated the kiss ("especially sweet ramen" rumor)
Nanaka (shogi) - no post-capture interaction, initiated the kiss

It's iffy, since it depends on how much memory a goddess holder is really supposed to retain. If the goddess holders are supposed to have a good memory, it's odd that they haven't sought Keima out by now.

But whatever. It could be any (or all?!) of them, so we just have to wait and see who makes a reappearance next. The last four haven't gotten any screentime since their arcs... "Initiated the kiss" is a good attribute (complete with "no post-capture interaction", at that), so I'll take Sumire and Nanaka as my secondary picks; they were nice girls.

I will be sad if Kasuga does not have a spirit in her. Her feminine self is cute especially when comparing with the "Me want food" sprit from Yui

Any guesses as to why Yui has been the only girl so far with a fairly different post-kiss reaction to Keima? From my POV it has more to do that her feelings for Keima were never so much love as they were 'gratefulness'.

Nah, you should think of the second half of the arc as a girl game. she-Keima is the heroine raising all the flags through her sicklish self.
