Glad to see another Misha fan, it's pretty hard to not be moved by Misha.
She is just a great character with actually interesting purposes and conflicts. Karen Strassman did a superb portraying Misha, her cosmosphere was a great deal emotional for me. Especially near the end. This is a tad off topic though.

Xenosaga 3 is another sad ending,
Spoiler for Spoiler:

...I probably already listed this but... Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - Lost Colors. Geass Ending

NO. I am rather stubborn, I have hardly ever cried IRL (except when crying was pretty much the only way out of trouble, I haven't), forget games.

MGS3, MGS4, FFX and FFX-2 made me cry. :O
Dragon Age: Origins almost did it.

Yes.
I cried when my stupid little brother deleted my Ocarina of Time save data.
I was almost done with it, too. ;A;

But that was a while ago. I don't really cry over video games, just get upset if I can't win. XD

Spoiler for Character death:

Final Fantasy X's ending.

Nier had a lot of moments, even worse with the additional scenes in the second playthrough. The endings were more frustrating than sad, though Ending D is a tear jerker.

And Final Fantasy XII's ending credits. It's quite small and I didn't exactly cry because of it but it had me quite teary-eyed. After the whole mess that was Balthier's relationship with his father they show you this image:
Spoiler for Final Fantasy XII:

The ending of Kingdom Hearts 2 made me cry a little, oh and Day 6 or something at the beginning.

I haven't cried yet, but Ever17 and the ending of MGS3 almost made me cry. Specifically, I got teary eyed in Ever17 and I felt myself choked up by MGS3.

Not gonna lie, I shed some man tears while playing the Nagisa arc of CLANNAD. It probably made it worse that I knew what was gonna happen to her at the end of it. D:

I'm actually quite surprise that Metal Gear of all games can make someone shed a tear

The ending in Okami always made me a little teary-eyed, especially the Prayer sequence, and the transformation at the very end. Great stuff.
