This makes me think Kadokawa may want to use J-novel for being itself fully in charge of the translation and sell of the english versions of its most popular series. I wonder about how will affect this to Yenpress that takes the great majority of its series from the labels belonging to Kadokawa.

There is speculation that, for future "Licenses", Yen Press would focus on the Print version, while JNC would work on faster Digital Version.
Though in the end, we might be seeing stronger DRM being applied (because of the partnership with "BookWalker"), and price increase in some form (though JNC does say that there would be no immediate changes to it own publishing and membership stuff).

For being a dead woman, she is getting used/referenced somewhat it seems.

Any anime will always use whatever hot character for every merchandise they're capable of regardless of them being dead or not. DxD has been using Reynare and her goons for making more cards for its games for years and years despite they dieing on the third or fourth episode by example.

I'd say it makes a fair amount of sense. As the others have said, this is the type of series that shamelessly promotes its female characters, and since this was Cattleya's last appearance in this manga it was the best chance to use her as much as possible. I expect similar treatment for Neunte when the manga gets to her in a couple of years.

Well they are all still alive and are in those Spider Golem's (and have transformed from Apostles Souls to Fairies, aka., Netemp-chan).

Kaori spents inside Neunte's body since the end of volume 6 until Ehit is defeated. If the main series ends in volume 13 Kaori would have spent more of the series looking like Neunte than like herself. In case this series gets fully adapted to manga or anime Kaori would appear with Neunte's appareance until the final episode/chapter, asking the stuff in charge of the merchandise to not use the appearance one of the main heroines has through half or more than half of the series is impossible.

I picked it up. It was pretty interesting, though I wouldn't consider any of it canon. I'd say it takes more inspiration from the anime than the light novels, and it more or less keeps to the timeline of season 1. The stories were entertaining. Myuu gets some cute moments, and there's also a bit more fanservice than usual mixed in.

If you mean the date on 7Seas, not really sure about that
LN v12 haven't been released yet (or for that matter Author haven't started working on it yet) in Japan, so 7Seas posting a release date is odd.
Also, the release date of 7Seas is for the "Physical Copy", which releases later than Digital version.

Seven Seas' date is just an arbitrary placeholder so that they can take preorders for popular works. It would be updated when an actual release date is determined, but they don't know any better than we do when it's coming out right now. Zero volume 5 doesn't even have a preorder page even though it's already been out for over a month in Japan.
