All I have to say is that those were some pretty questionable action scenes. Expect mooks and robot mooks to shoot like retards and then cap it off by letting the protagonists give some farewells to each other after surrounding them.

I was surprised at how Andy's return wasn't that big a deal to the others. I suppose having Hyoubu (presumably) vouch for him eased their anger. But even still, I expected everyone to have a reaction similar to the flying squirrel's. While I liked the scene with Yoh, it certainly wasn't what I expected.
One thing I was unsure of at the end was just how many Yugiris were roaming the city. Just one? Or was there a small clone-Yugiri army wandering about?

Whoever has been in charge of the OP/EDs has been having way too much fun. This time they went all 70s on the OP. It looks really good, but it's a little strange to have an OP actually change that much week over week. Normally it's little things, not the entire after-effects library.
Yeah, the action scenes looked nice, but the Stormtroopers were pretty terrible, haha. |

That they did. (If I ruined a joke, my apologies.)

3D movies actually date to the 1950s. They were always thought of as an old, cheesy gimmick that popped up every now and then. Then they decided, with CG, that they could do it again and make more money.
Though it should be noted that Nintendo has a thing for 3D... for YEARS. They just didn't ever have the hardware to do it properly. So, this isn't really a new thing. The OP going psychedelic was fun, though. |

We pretty much got a buddy adventure series, somehow. Which is a bit different than I expected. |
