That would be unlikely, ADV hasn't released up to that episode yet, and afaik
all fansub groups dropped it as soon as it was licensed.

ADV is releasing the 5th DVD (out of presumably 12 total), so we're not even close to the end yet. You can find them at any shop that carries legitimate region 1 DVD releases.

Super Gals is liscenced!? I didn't know... No wonder why I couldn't find the fansubs anywhere.. But now I know how to get them! At least..

I've loved the manga since it was in Ribon.

Rei and Ran do not get together in the manga, or anime. (Although there are several fanfiction dealing with this relationship) The relationship is implied thoughout the series, but nothing ever bears fruit. And most of the implications are in the most liberal sense, I really thought nothing of it until I started thinking one day....

In fact, in the manga Ran kisses Tatsuki (last chapter second to last page, granted!), proving that she really does love the monkey boy. I'm happy. Tatsuki is one of my favorite characters in the series!

And do get the DVDs from ADV. They've had a decent episode count, and even take time to explain all the little cultural notes. The dub is somewhat decent, but I don't like dubs so don't take my word for it. I don't think the series was ever fansubbed, because back when the Ribon ML had raws, only two episodes were ever subbed. I found 10 and 11 on WINMX back before it was licensed (which was over two years ago because ADV sat on the license for GALS! for over a year!) but that was all. And of course, the #1 reason to get the DVDs is to see Tatsuki in bright vivid crisp clear color! ^_~.

Super GALS -was- briefly digisubbed, but they never got as far as the DVDs are now.

And yeah, the DVDs are gorgeous. I can't stop staring at DVD4's menu... ^^;;;

I just picked up disc 5 the other day. I love this series, the characters are great, the dub is really good (i am one of the few people who doesn't hate all dubs by default) and its just a fun show to sit and watch with your brain in idle. Unfortunately i just got into naruto a few weeks ago and as a result haven't even finished disc 4.

Also right now i haven't heard anything from about ADV releasing beyond ep 26....they were probably going to see how well the first half of the series sold before going ahead with the rest. The disc one with box is opnly built for 6 discs (only one more to go) but hopefully they will continue the series in he near future.

Yeah, I do hope there aren't problems with the rest of GALS.

I heard that there isn't actually a region 2 release of those episodes either, so that's cause for concern...

The Right Stuff has announced that they have licensed the second season of Super Gals, and are planning a box set release in December.
