And sometimes it is better for one's psyche to let it out - controlled ...instead of surpressing it... before it accumulates to a uncontrollable kneejerk reaction

I say it's better to let it out sometimes once a while, and that pretty much helps you to control your anger. Of course, it should never be released upon a person either emotionally or physically.

To relieve my anger, I have my pillows to beat on and my video games.

Beh, whether one gets angry or not depends entirely on oneself, and how does one hold societal pressure--namely, with what amount of importance does one receive the pressure from the stereotypes of society.

Yes I can control my anger but sometimes I don't want to control my anger so I just let it all out. I have a lot of bottled up anger and I'm just waiting for the oppurtunity to let out my anger.

Me...well, I'm having trouble controlling my anger. I was able to but I will burst sooner after that. Anything that starting to annoy me (i.e. something's not working right or maybe people) will let my blood boil easily

not at all. im very prone to anger easily. i think it's something like tourettes. when somethign gets me mad, i have to hit something. im a big guy, so i usually end up breaking something....

i got a 93% on a calc test due to one careless mistake.

here's my latest work

it's been there awhile, everytime i have buds over they have to stick their hand in it i guess, it just gets bigger and bigger and bigger...

i'll patch it up someday

aaah anger, as to controll, i can controll it to a certain degree, i cant stand people yelling at me so i yell back, but i hardly ever go to a degree that i beat someone up

only if youve REALLY pissed me off would i give into anger, like trash my stuff on purpose or start the fight

I've got a 'flashpoint' temper. Most of the time I'm incredibly laid back, but then occasionally something will just hit me the wrong way and I'll go from calm to furious in less than a minute

In my youth, this meant I got into a lot of fights over silly things. As I'm a big guy (6 foot by the time I was 12) I generally won, but I'd end up feeling really ashamed afterwards.

These days I've mastered the technique of walking away from whoever is annoying me and taking it out on some inanimate object. Of course, if it's an inanimate object that's annoying me, I do tend to wreck it. I once shot my stereo because it wasn't working. (Hey, if shooting AV appliances is good enough for Elvis, it's good enough for me )

I'll do silly stuff like throwing, shouting suddenly, do things that makes people notice me and such. but when i'm sick i stay still and get my heartache peacefully. life is short! live for yourself not for others!

i tend to just let my anger out most of the times depending on the situation but imo thats a lot better than holding it in...i find people who are calm for most of the time a lot scarier when they go beserk...(like my dad) ~ he once told me something about his personality that is really quite true...

he says:
"my temperament is like a water tank...constantly being filled with little things that pisses me off represented by drips of water...i wont get angry as long as the tank doesnt overflow with water...but it also has nowhere to go to...im like a ticking time bomb ready to explode...be aware..."

sends chills down my spine when knowing the fact that the next time i argue with him can be my last

It takes quite a bit to make me angry, and I'm like what most people have said... I tend to bottle it up and just snap somewhere along the line. I almost never hold grudges though, so I can't stay angry about something for long anyways.

I am usually a laid back person, however everyone gets angry sometimes.

When I am terribly angry I just go home and scream really loud. Its a safe way to express anger w/o disturbing people, or damaging things. (like walls Korean Boi)

Let's just say I'm a slow-burning fuse. However, that fuse is connected to 160 tons of TNT. I think you get it.

I don't normally get angry (or show it). I tend to smile and get sarcastic when I'm angry. But yeah, I don't destroy things, or punch things and I certainly don't take it out on others. Unfortunately I have grown up to dislike people who can't control their anger. While I understand it's very hard to, and that you should let it out once in a while. There are just too many people who unfortunately let their anger out on other people. And it just hurts others.
